Then you should find somthing like the name of your graficscard, i think it was that, did this i dec.. After that will it hopefully work. It should be noted here that you have to run steam as administrator on your PC get rid of this bug. Cancel all steam processes in your task manager, then right click on your steam icon and choose "run as administrator" from the menu.
