If you have other suggestions or advice in how to resolve the matter without buying another drive when I've barely used this one, I'd appreciate it. And what would I expect the cost to be if I were to go that route?
Is it even worth gettting it replaced or should I just get an external drive as inconvenient as that is since I paid for an installed one? Hi Gmoreno, Welcome to Sony Community!
