Even went as far as "Unhiding" the games and "Access Util" as written up.

Must be a setting with DELL the control freaks! You nailed it. My bad for not remembering sooner. Simple text file and the entries you need to look for are the ones with the work hide in them. You can open the file in notepad or any other text editor and remove hide.

Just be sure you leave the commas alone as shown above.
